I am a multimedia journalist writing news pieces, investigations, commentary, and reported features on health, human rights, politics, climate and culture.

I have written over 400 articles both online and in print for major outlets.

I work across print, digital, audio and video for some of the world’s biggest media outlets including VICE, The Guardian, The Financial Times, CNN, The Independent, HuffPost, Stylist, i-D, Refinery29, The BMJ, Views Our Own and The Equal Group. 

I currently work as a freelance lifestyle writer for Metro.

My work centres around the theme of human rights. I am particularly interested in the politics of disability, healthcare, gender and race. I have also done lots of work on mental health.

Through my work I elevate underrepresented and marginalised voices and help to diversify the media.

I have created campaign content and given speeches at events for Just Treatment, Proteostasis Therapeutics, Labour Conference 2022, The World Transformed and Global Justice Now. Most notably speaking along side Bernie Sanders at the Global Rally for a Peoples Vaccine.

I have hosted workshops and spoken at events for the likes of Youth Politics UK, One Young World, News UK, the Student Publication Association and So You Want To Be A Journalist.

I was shortlisted for the Media Freedom Awards 2022, NCTJ Awards for Excellence 2021, the Freelance Writing Awards 2021 and nominated at the National Diversity Awards 2021.
